We have over 60 years of experience in the production of gunmetal fittings. Over the years, we have supplied millions of our ROT-GELB fittings to HVAC wholesalers in Germany and Europe.

Tested and certified quality

HSE® fittings are developed and tested in our technical center in Berlin. All HSE® fittings are subject to constant quality and safety monitoring in accordance with current guidelines and standards.

In the first stage, the fittings undergo quality control at the factory. The second stage involves an external quality control. This involves checking both the chemical and mechanical characteristics of the fittings. The third stage takes place in our own technical center. The test protocols of the external quality control are cross-checked. We only release the fittings for sale if all three control instances show positive results.

All HSE® fittings for drinking water applications comply with the guidelines of the German Federal Environment Agency (UBA). In addition, a number of HSE® fittings have been tested and certified by the DVGW (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water).

The gunmetal we use has a very high corrosion resistance, as it is particularly low in dezincification thanks to its high copper content.

Thanks to their high corrosion resistance, ROT-GELB taps are also ideally suited to a wide range of water qualities and degrees of hardness. Even aggressive water does not affect the fittings.

Stress corrosion cracking is not an issue, thanks to the very high-quality design and the high copper content in the gunmetal. The material also has a very high strength.
UNIVERSAL WORKABILITY!
ROT-GELB fittings can be combined with all known materials in pipelines, be it copper, brass, stainless steel, carbon steel or plastic.

The proven design of ROT-GELB fittings prevents pressure surges, which protects your pipes.
